Official Rules: Backyard Giveaway iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Sweepstakes
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Sweepstakes Name & Sponsor
* Sweepstakes Name: Backyard Giveaway iPhone 17 Pro Max Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").
* Sponsor: Backyard Giveaway.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, January 9th, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Friday, March 6th, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
4. Eligibility
* The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
* Excluded: Employees, officers, and directors of Backyard Giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.
* All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
5. Prize
* One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) unlocked iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB (or equivalent model if the specified model is unavailable at the time of award), Two (2) phone cases and One (1) screen protector.
* Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,320.08 USD.
* The prize is non-transferable.
6. How to Enter (Two Methods)
There are two methods of entry. Both methods have an equal chance of winning.
Method A: Purchase Entry (Consideration)
* During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.google.com/search?
* Follow the instructions to purchase eligible products or merchandise from Backyard Giveaway.
* Entries Received: The number of entries earned will vary based on the specific product purchased, as clearly listed on the product detail page on the website. Each eligible product purchase will automatically result in the stated number of entries being placed into the Sweepstakes drawing.
* Entry Validation: Only purchases that are finalized, paid in full, and not canceled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback prior to the drawing date will be deemed valid entries. If a purchase is refunded or canceled for any reason, all associated entries for that transaction will be automatically voided and removed from the drawing pool.
* Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries a person may receive via Purchase Entry.
Method B: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) - Mail-in Entry
* NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry via this method has an equal chance of winning the Grand Prize as any entry made via Method A.
* Card Specifications: Entry must be legibly hand-written on a 3.5" x 5" postcard (or card stock of similar dimensions). Typed or printed entries are void.
* Envelope Requirement: The hand-written postcard must be enclosed in a standard, outer #10 business envelope.
* Required Information: Both the postcard and the outer envelope must clearly include the entrant's full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the Sweepstakes name ("Backyard Giveaway iPhone 17 Pro Max Sweepstakes").
* Equivalency: Each valid Mail-in Entry received will count as Ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes.
* Limit: Three (3) Mail-in Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

* Timeliness: All Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by March 1st, 2026, and received by March 6, 2026, to be eligible.
7. Winner Selection, Notification, and Tax Obligation
* One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received (Method A and Method B) on or about March 14th, 2026.
* Tax Obligation: The prize ARV exceeds $600. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) to the Sponsor prior to prize delivery. The Sponsor will report the ARV of the prize to the IRS as required by law. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
* The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours and may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days.
8. General Conditions and Disclosures
* By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
* The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
* The winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, city, state, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any claims arising out of participation or use of the prize.
10. Entry Record Keeping (Sponsor Responsibility)
The Sponsor, Backyard Giveaway, is solely responsible for maintaining and retaining accurate, detailed records of all entries received (Method A and Method B). These records must be preserved for a period of at least one (1) year following the final date of the Sweepstakes Period.
